Returns & Refund Policy

All Sales Final on Custom & Made-to-Order Items

All custom items are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Varsity jackets

  • Uniform blazers

  • Polo shirts made for school programs

  • Custom patches, embroidery, or name personalization

Because these items are produced specifically for the customer, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

Women’s Sportswear

All women’s sportswear items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.

Non-Custom Items (If Applicable)

If a non-custom, non-final-sale item is approved for return:

  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Returns must be approved in advance. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Damaged or Defective Items

If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery with photos so we can review and resolve the issue.

Payment Plans

Orders placed using Afterpay, Klarna, or other installment services are still subject to this return and refund policy.
